Further demo planned at Towy Valley post office
A FURTHER demo in support of the threatened post office at Rhandirmwyn will be held on Saturday.
And protestors have been promised to be fed welshcakes by an action group of residents fighting to keep the office open and secure the future of the village shop.
"This would be a devastating blow to the whole community, the elderly and particularly the 43 special needs students and 50 plus staff at Coleg Elidyr," said a spokeswoman.
The post office at the remote village is among 2,500 earmarked for possible closure.
